TEV80116 is an AS568-116 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The compound resists aggressive oxidizers, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
