568-122 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Part number TEV80122 is an AS568-122 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.112 in (28.24 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.318 in (33.48 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists steam, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
