568-125 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-125 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A with an inside diameter of 1.299 in (32.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.505 in (38.23 mm), catalogued under part number TEV80125. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. Expect good resistance to steam, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
