The TEV80135 is an AS568-135 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.925 in (48.9 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.131 in (54.13 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to steam, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
