APG stocks the TEV80141, an AS568-141 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.3 in (58.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.506 in (63.65 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. This material stands up to steam, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Typical settings include aggressive-media valves and pumps, food and beverage, and chemical processing.
