568-152 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80152, an AS568-152 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.237 in (82.22 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.443 in (87.45 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. It resists strong acids and solvents, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.

Typical settings include food and beverage, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and semiconductor equipment.

TEV80152 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 3 1/4 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
