568-153 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80153 is an AS568-153 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.487 in (88.57 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.693 in (93.8 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. The compound resists steam, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
