568-170 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80170 is an AS568-170 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.737 in (196.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.943 in (201.75 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. The compound resists nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
