568-214 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Ordered as TEV80214, this is an AS568-214 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.984 in (24.99 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.262 in (32.05 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. It resists nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and steam. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
