APG stocks the TEV80220, an AS568-220 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.359 in (34.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.637 in (41.58 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The compound resists aggressive oxidizers, nearly all process chemicals, and strong acids and solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in aggressive-media valves and pumps, semiconductor equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
