568-251 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Part number TEV80251 is an AS568-251 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.109 in (129.77 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.387 in (136.83 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. The material holds up against aggressive oxidizers, strong acids and solvents, and steam. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
