568-256 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80256, an AS568-256 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.734 in (145.64 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.012 in (152.7 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. Expect good resistance to steam, nearly all process chemicals, and aggressive oxidizers. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
