AS568-260 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.484 in (164.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.762 in (171.75 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

TEV80260 is an AS568-260 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.484 in (164.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.762 in (171.75 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. It resists strong acids and solvents, steam, and aggressive oxidizers. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care are present.

It sees regular use in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aggressive-media valves and pumps, and chemical processing.
