TEV80319 is an AS568-319 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.037 in (26.34 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.457 in (37.01 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to aggressive oxidizers, nearly all process chemicals, and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
