568-321 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Part number TEV80321 is an AS568-321 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.162 in (29.51 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.582 in (40.18 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. This material stands up to aggressive oxidizers, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
