AS568-325 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.895 in (48.13 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to nearly all process chemicals, aggressive oxidizers, and steam. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care call for a different compound.
