568-330 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-330 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 2.1 in (53.34 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.52 in (64.01 mm), catalogued under part number TEV80330. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists nearly all process chemicals, steam, and strong acids and solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
