TEV80334 is an AS568-334 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.02 in (76.71 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists nearly all process chemicals, aggressive oxidizers, and strong acids and solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.

Typical settings include chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and aggressive-media valves and pumps.
