568-337 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80337, an AS568-337 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.975 in (75.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.395 in (86.23 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The compound resists nearly all process chemicals, aggressive oxidizers, and steam. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
