568-354 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Ordered as TEV80354, this is an AS568-354 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.1 in (129.54 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.52 in (140.21 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists steam, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care are present.
