568-355 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80355 is an AS568-355 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.225 in (132.72 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.645 in (143.38 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against steam, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

It sees regular use in food and beverage, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
