568-360 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80360, an AS568-360 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.27 in (159.26 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. The compound resists nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage, and semiconductor equipment.
