568-363 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80363 is an AS568-363 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.475 in (164.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.895 in (175.13 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The compound resists nearly all process chemicals, aggressive oxidizers, and strong acids and solvents. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care will shorten service life.
