568-364 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80364 is an AS568-364 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.725 in (170.82 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.145 in (181.48 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for long service life in aggressive chemical duty, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. The material holds up against aggressive oxidizers, nearly all process chemicals, and steam. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
