568-366 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80366 is an AS568-366 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.225 in (183.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.645 in (194.18 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. It resists steam, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing call for a different compound.
