Part number TEV80369 is an AS568-369 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 7.975 in (202.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.395 in (213.23 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. It resists aggressive oxidizers, nearly all process chemicals, and strong acids and solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
