568-375 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80375 is an AS568-375 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 9.475 in (240.67 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.895 in (251.33 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists steam, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, food and beverage, and aggressive-media valves and pumps.
