568-377 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80377 is an AS568-377 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 9.975 in (253.37 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.395 in (264.03 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. It resists steam, aggressive oxidizers, and strong acids and solvents. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, aggressive-media valves and pumps, and food and beverage.
