568-391 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80391 is an AS568-391 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 21.953 in (557.61 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 22.373 in (568.27 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. This material stands up to steam, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
