*568-433 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-433 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 5.475 in (139.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.025 in (153.04 mm), catalogued under part number TEV80433. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. The material holds up against strong acids and solvents, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
