568-437 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-437 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 5.975 in (151.77 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.525 in (165.74 mm), catalogued under part number TEV80437. It compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to nearly all process chemicals, steam, and strong acids and solvents. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
