568-450 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80450 is an AS568-450 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.025 in (280.04 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The compound resists aggressive oxidizers, nearly all process chemicals, and steam. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and aggressive-media valves and pumps.
