Part number TEV80459 is an AS568-459 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 14.975 in (380.37 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 15.525 in (394.34 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists aggressive oxidizers, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers long service life in aggressive chemical duty, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
