568-463 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80463, an AS568-463 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.505 in (444.63 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. This material stands up to strong acids and solvents, steam, and aggressive oxidizers. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across food and beverage, aggressive-media valves and pumps, and semiconductor equipment.
