568-467 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80467 is an AS568-467 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 18.955 in (481.46 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.505 in (495.43 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The compound resists steam, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
