568-469 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Part number TEV80469 is an AS568-469 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. The compound resists nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and chemical processing.
