568-473 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-473 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 23.94 in (608.08 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 24.49 in (622.05 mm), catalogued under part number TEV80473. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. The compound resists aggressive oxidizers, nearly all process chemicals, and steam. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).
