Part number U70117 is an AS568-117 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.799 in (20.29 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.005 in (25.53 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against abrasion and wear, petroleum oils, and ozone. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or acids and bases.
