This o-ring is supplied in AS568-006 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 0.114 in (2.9 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.254 in (6.45 mm), catalogued under part number U90006. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to ozone, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and exceptional abrasion resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where acids and bases or hot water and steam are present.
