Part number U90041 is an AS568-041 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.989 in (75.92 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.129 in (79.48 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against impact and shock loading, extrusion under high pressure, and ozone. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam.
