*568-219 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PR GRADE

U90219 is an AS568-219 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.296 in (32.92 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.574 in (39.98 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against abrasion and wear, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or acids and bases.

Typical settings include high-pressure fluid power, mining and heavy equipment, and press and forming equipment.
