APG stocks the U90325, an AS568-325 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.895 in (48.13 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, impact and shock loading, and abrasion and wear. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Applications involving ketones or hot water and steam call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in construction machinery, press and forming equipment, and high-pressure fluid power.
