U70108 is an AS568-108 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.237 in (6.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.443 in (11.25 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. The compound resists extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and impact and shock loading. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.
