568-116 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

U70116 is an AS568-116 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. This material stands up to ozone, petroleum oils, and abrasion and wear. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in press and forming equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and high-pressure fluid power.
