U70118 is an AS568-118 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.862 in (21.89 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.068 in (27.13 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to ketones or acids and bases will shorten service life.
