The U70127 is an AS568-127 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.424 in (36.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.63 in (41.4 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. The material holds up against extrusion under high pressure, impact and shock loading, and ozone. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in acids and bases or ketones.

It sees regular use in off-highway equipment, press and forming equipment, and construction machinery.
