Ordered as U70212, this is an AS568-212 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.859 in (21.82 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.137 in (28.88 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for exceptional abrasion resistance and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The compound resists petroleum oils, abrasion and wear, and ozone. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where acids and bases or ketones are present.

Typical settings include press and forming equipment, mining and heavy equipment, and high-pressure fluid power.
