Part number U90016 is an AS568-016 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.614 in (15.6 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.754 in (19.15 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against impact and shock loading, extrusion under high pressure, and abrasion and wear. Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers very high tensile strength and load capacity, toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones will shorten service life.

Typical settings include off-highway equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and construction machinery.
