U90019 is an AS568-019 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils, ozone, and extrusion under high pressure. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for very high tensile strength and load capacity, exceptional abrasion resistance. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature will shorten service life.

Common environments for this compound include hydraulic cylinders, mining and heavy equipment, and press and forming equipment.
