*568-024 URETHANE 90 ORINGS - PR GRADE

U90024 is an AS568-024 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones.

It sees regular use in construction machinery, off-highway equipment, and mining and heavy equipment.
